How we look after card details

• Card numbers are never shown on public pages or in listings.
• Card details are only released to a buyer once their purchase is complete.
• Access to card details inside our team is limited and recorded.
• We never ask for a card number by email or over the phone.
• Accounts are required for selling and buying, so activity can be traced if something goes wrong.

We don't claim to be insured, retailer-authorised or FCA-authorised, because we're not. If that ever changes we'll say so plainly here.
