Common questions

What does it cost to sell a card?: Nothing upfront. The price you're shown is the amount you'd receive, so there's no fee to work out separately.
Which gift cards can I sell?: We're starting with major UK high street and online retailers. If yours isn't listed yet, let us know and we'll consider adding it.
Is my card number safe?: Card numbers are stored privately, are never shown on public pages, and are only released to a buyer after a completed purchase.
What if a card doesn't work?: Contact us straight away and we'll investigate. Every card is reviewed before listing, but if something is wrong we want to know.
Can I choose my own selling price?: Yes, that's coming as we open the marketplace. You'll be able to take the best price available or set your own and wait.
